We purchased the property through the agent Jeff Dohl at REMAX.

He was the only one that showed me the Property.

The Airstream trailer was used there through three owners. I was told it was used at that location and then was left there after a tree fell and damaged it, which William Martell told me before purchase, who was the last owner before I purchased the property from them.

Jeff Dohl and I walked the property and started at the North-West corner that was well marked on the property and we went straight South down the steep hill to the Paint River following the property line tree markers to the river. I remember that day very well, because I was not wearing walking boots that day. Then we both went onto the Island at the West end and walked the whole island and came across through the middle of the island across to the mainland. When we were back on the mainland we headed back to the top following the easy to see trail markers (Reflectors and Painted Trees) marked below left by previous owners. Back on top again we both went to the North-East corner boarder marker of the property following the orange and blue tree markers. Then we went straight South to the river following more Tree Markers and then walked West to the middle point and then came up again following the trail markers to the top.
We both walked the whole property and Island below at least twice before I decided to purchase it.

Everyone said to us, the Airstream was here and went through 3 different owners and we are the fourth owner.
